Sloka meaning;
Oh Janardana, we have heard this that , persons, whose family traditions are thus destroyed, are doomed to live perpetually in hell

This is Arjuna’s eighth observation. This is regarding the family members of those slain. He says they are doomed to fall into hell and to be there for long.
